Conference comprehensive report

The comprehensive report on the implementation of the 103-year conference work of the Association is as follows:

A, conference work

  1. I. Selection Committee:

According to Article 19 of the Chapter, the election of the Association, Supervisors and Representatives of the Association was elected by the two former members of the Board of Directors (Mr. Su Fuqin and Mr. Wu Jianguo) and the current Chairman (Mr. Zhu Qiulong). Members, composed of the selection committee, and the current chairman of Zhu, Qiu Long, is the convener. In December (102), he elected the 57th (103-104) Supervisor and the 31st (103-104) member representative.

Second, the medal committee:

(1) The Association solicited the "Technical Medal" candidate for the 103rd year of the Republic of China, on the 15th of March (103), with the (102) Mining and Metallurgy Award No. ○ in the "Mining and Metallurgy" Journal, Volume 58 The first issue (March, March issue), the publication of the solicitation recommendation notice.

(b) As of August 31, a total of one recommendation letter was received, and on September 17, Chairman Chen, the chairman of the Board of Directors, Yi Zhen, chaired the meeting and reviewed the qualifications for parallel voting.

(3) Dr. Wang Xiqin, an individual member of the examined candidate, meets the requirements of Articles 5 and 6 of the Medal.

(4) The six members of the Attendance Committee voted in the voting, and all the votes were approved by the winners of the 103rd Technical Medal of the Republic of China. They were approved by the 57th 4th Joint Meeting of Supervisors and Supervisors and accepted the awards at the 103rd Annual Meeting. .

  1. 6. Pass the 103 year revenue and expenditure budget:

  1. 7. Adoption of the 103-year orientation of important academic activities.
  1. 8. Discuss the important items and the distribution of contributors through the “Overview of the Construction of Mining and Metallurgy in One Year (102)” (The full text has been published in the Journal of Mining and Metallurgy, Volume 58, Issues 2-3, June, September, September number)
  1. 9. Two proposals for the 102-year annual meeting, which were sent to the Ministry of Economic Affairs for participation.

(iii) The 3rd Joint Meeting of the 57th Session: Wednesday, June 18, 103, at 1:30 pm in the Conference Room of the Conference, Reports and Resolutions:

  1. 1. Secretary-General Lin's report: The meeting was approved by the General Assembly on March 21, 103. It was agreed that the venue of the conference will be sold to Hong Kong Merchants Yuanqi Co., Ltd., and the date of signing the real estate sales contract will be extended from March 31, 103 to the end of the year. No progress.
  1. 2. Chairman of the annual meeting, Mr. Xi Fu, reported on the preparations for the annual meeting.
  1. 3. Cai Paper Member Song Wei (Chen Changqing Group Leader) reported that the paper recommended: "The development of ultra-thin 6μm aluminum foil" (Shi Hanmin, Yan Zhongyi, Chen Bowei) won the 103rd "Engineering Paper Award" from the Chinese Society of Engineers.
  1. Reports of the work of the special committees (June-June).
  1. Discussion Resolution: The timetable for the 103rd Annual Meeting of the Association:

          (1) "The Symposium" on the morning of October 16, 103.

          (2) "Annual Meeting" on the morning of October 17, 103, and "Thesis Reading Conference" in the afternoon.

          (3) Visit to the factory on October 18, 103 (all day).

          (4) Special speech at the annual meeting: Mr. Shen Rongjin, the deputy head of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, said: "The government and the private sector work together to promote industrial transformation and upgrading."

  1. Hold a seminar on "Taiwan SOFC Industry Alliance Grouping Strategy":

On July 10, 103 (Thursday), the meeting was held in Room 513 of Taiwan's CNPC. The meeting was attended by Zhu Zhaoji, Qiu Long, former Executive Director Yuan Yuan, and Vice Chairman of the Nuclear Energy Research Institute, Rui Yi, respectively. Report: Taiwan SOFC Industry Alliance Group progress and manufacturing status; at the same time, formulate the future development direction of the alliance: 1. SOFC system export; 2. Attracting American Bloom Enerqy to set up a factory incentive system.

  1. V. The 57th (103-104) 1st Member Congress:

On March 21, 103 (Friday), held in Room 513 of Taiwan Petrochemical Company of Taipei City, chaired by Chairman Wu Rongzhang, Deputy Director of the Bureau of Economic Affairs Chen Yizhen, former Chairman of the Board Zhu Qiulong and Su Fuqin and the Republic of China Mining Association President Cai Sui gave a speech at the VIP of the conference.

    During the meeting, the 102-year conference comprehensive report, financial report and proposal implementation report were adopted. Seven proposals were also adopted, including: (1) ratifying the 102-year work report of the Republic of China; and (2) ratifying the 102-year income and expenditure accounts and assets and liabilities case; 3) Review and pass the 103-year work plan; (4) 103-year revenue and expenditure budget; (5) 103-year staff treatment case; (6) The Jinan Road meeting place sale case (7) The session was changed from 31st to 57th.

B, business work

(1) The publication of the magazine "Mining and Metallurgy", Volume 58, Issues 1~3, is rich in content, covering academic works, toast talks, comments, albums, special reports and meeting minutes.
